Find an Intel ISEF Fair in your area!

The Intel® International Science and Engineering Fair® (Intel ISEF), the world’s largest international pre-college science competition, annually provides a forum for more than 1,600 high school students from over 70 countries, regions, and territories to showcase their independent research and compete for more than $4 million in awards. Today, millions of students worldwide compete each year in local and school-sponsored science fairs; the winners of these events go on to participate in Intel ISEF-affiliated regional and state fairs from which the best win the opportunity to attend Intel ISEF. Intel ISEF unites these top young scientific minds, showcasing their talent on an international stage, enabling them to submit their work to judging by doctoral level scientists. The Intel ISEF is the premier global science competition for students in grades 9–12.

SSP partners with Intel—along with dozens of other corporate, academic, government and science-focused sponsors—who provide the support and awards for Intel ISEF. We are honored that Intel has agreed to continue its support as the title sponsor of our Intel ISEF program through 2019.
The Intel ISEF is hosted each year in a different city (Los Angeles, Pittsburgh and Phoenix for the next six years).  The Local Arrangements Committees from each city partner with SSP and Intel to provide support for the event including the recruitment of 100s of volunteers and judges and in organizing an education outreach day in which more than 3000 middle and high school students visit.
