Important dates for Intel ISEF 2015

Your Fair Date + 12 calendar days (fairs held on or before March 31)XX  Finalist paperwork and fair director's finalist registration due. Consequences of not meeting the deadline:
  • SRC may not have time to review paperwork prior to arrival at Intel ISEF; finalists will have to wait in line for an interview.
  • Finalists may not be listed in the program or on judges’ schedules.
  • Finalists may not be assigned a booth number in time to ship their projects.
  • Finalist may not be accepted for competition.
April 12 (All fairs held after March 31)XX  Finalist paperwork and fair director's finalist registration due. See above.
March 5-10XXXXIntel Science Talent Search. SSP Staff will not be in the office to answer questions.
March 15X  XDeadline to cancel Intel ISEF blocked hotels without penalty. Any cancellations on or after March 16 will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Please see our housing cancellation policy.
March 16XX XDeadline to submit Symposia presentation proposals.
April 7 XX Deadline to register for AP Testing.
April 21XX  Submit Method of Payment Form to GES if shipping project via heavy freight.
April 30X  XDeadline to reserve seats on the shuttle buses between Pittsburgh International Airport and your Intel ISEF-blocked hotel.
April 30X  XLast day to pay pre-registration fees. After this date, on-site registration fees will apply.
April 20 - May 7 X  Window of time in which Intel ISEF projects must arrive at shipping center in Pittsburgh.
May 4, 8:00 pm EST X  Deadline to submit revised abstracts.
May 10 - 15XXXXIntel ISEF 2015 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
May 12, 4:00 pm ESTX  XDeadline to book a seat on the shuttle buses returning to Pittsburgh International Airport. Reservations can be made at the Registration area's transportation desk. Only a limited number of seats will be available at this point.
