Local students discuss research with an Intel ISEF Finalist at Public Outreach Day.

The Society, Intel, and the Pittsburgh Local Arrangements Committee invite middle and high schools from Pennsylvania (grades 6-12) to participate in the Intel ISEF Education Outreach Program during Public Day on Thursday, May 17, 2018 for a hands-on, interactive day celebrating science. 

  • Open to the public from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
  • Open to school groups from approximately 8:00 am to 3:30 pm
 

Scheduled Activities

Intel ISEF Finalist Hall

School groups and the public are invited to visit the Intel ISEF Finalist Hall, where they will meet the finalists and learn more about their independent research in 22 STEM fields.  Local students will have the opportunity to learn about groundbreaking research performed by their peers from around the world.

Intel ISEF "Pittsburgh STEM Experience" Program

Participating school groups will have the opportunity to experience STEM from a uniquely Pittsburgh perspective. From hands-on classroom programming to mobile labs from area museums and organizations, this interactive series of activities will excite and engage students of all ages and abilities. Contact us for more information.
