If you have any questions or if you are still in need of accommodation, please contact Jordan Schwartzbach for assistance.

- Rooms requested via the Experient Housing Portal are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If rooms are no longer available in your hotel choices, you will be placed in a hotel based on availability.
- All guest room rates are subject to the local PIttsburgh, PA taxes and occupancy fees, which currently total 14.00% of the room rate. Taxes are subject to change without notice.
The Society has secured low hotel rates and an ample number of rooms at the hotels closest to the convention center and contractually must sell all of those rooms or will otherwise face a penalty. You should not contact the hotels directly, nor should you book on any alternative hotel or travel sites. We are also not working with any outside agents other than our designated housing bureau Experient. If you are contacted directly by anyone offering you housing services or help securing a hotel, then please know those agencies are not working with the Society and that you may be exposing yourself to fraud.
