ISEF Fees
Affiliation Fees:
Fairs are responsible for the following fees in order to become an ISEF Affiliated Fair:
| Base Fee (includes 1 or 2 projects) | $1250 |
| Per Additional Project | $250 |
| Discount, if affiliation complete by October Deadline | $50 |
| Late Payment Fee, if payment not received by February deadline | $75 |

The following fee schedule is for individuals attending ISEF.

Below are the important dates and deadlines related to fees for ISEF.

Last date to submit affiliation agreement

Official Party Registration opens for all approved affiliated fairs
February 7, 2020, 5:00 pm EST
Deadline for affiliation payments. Any affiliation payments received after this date (both credit cards and checks) will be assessed a late fee
April 5, 2020
Last day to hold an affiliated fair
April 22, 2020
Last day to complete the Finalist Questionnaire and turn in all paperwork
May 8, 2020
All registration fee checks must be postmarked by this date or a late payment fee will be assessed.

All registration fee payments being made online via credit card will need to be made by this date or a late payment fee will be assessed.

Any final Official Party Attendee registration additions or online registration payments will need to be made by May 6 at at 5 pm EST. All additional participant registrations and payments after this date must be made onsite at ISEF Registration.
